Tom Nees, Lead Pastor |
|
Pastor Tom and Melanie were called to our faith community in January of 2003 from rural North Dakota. They lived in Wenatchee previously as newlyweds and started their family here before moving to North Dakota to run the family farm. Pastor Tom and Melanie have 5 children and enjoy the busy life that is accompanied with a large family.
Pastor Tom is an avid fisherman and loves sports of all kinds. He enjoys coaching little league football and watching his children play football, basketball, baseball and soccer.

Donavon King, Executive Pastor |

This is Pastor Donavon’s first assignment as a full time minister. Along with his family, wife Sue and two daughters, Pastor Donavon accepted God’s call to ministry and joined our faith community in February of 2006. Pastor Donavon and Sue are life time residents of Washington.
Pastor Donavon enjoys combining his love of photography, backpacking and video production into short movies after his most recent adventure into our local high country. |

Melanie Nees, Creative Arts Director |
|
Melanie has served in the capacity of Creative Arts Director since the fall of 2004. Her background is in Music Education, classroom teaching and private lessons. Her passion is working along side her husband in ministry. It’s not uncommon to find her playing the piano in the darkness at home or at church as she fills the air with meditative worship.
Melanie treasures her family and enjoys the excitement that four boys and a girl bring. In her quiet time she loves to walk, read, and scrapbook. |

Nancy McFall, Office Manager |
|
Nancy came to our church office from North Central Educational Service District where she was employed as a secretary for 20 years. She and her husband Doug are involved in many areas of the church including the Creative Arts Department. They have three grown children and two grandchildren.
Nancy is energized by doing home improvement projects and using her hands to create wooden wall ornaments. She has also recently begun to enjoy motorcycle rides with her husband. |

Children & Youth Coordinator |
|
Karla has served for years in many capacities as a volunteer in the youth and children’s departments of our church. She now coordinates curriculum, volunteer schedules as well as organizing all programs for the KidZone and The Refuge.
She and her husband have two grown daughters and a son still at home. She enjoys scrapbooking, reading, and spending time with her family. |
